Server partnerships

Server partnerships

What a partnership gives you, who qualifies, and how to apply.

Your server introduces EnderBot to its community; in return it gains visibility, a permanent bonus on its Structure and the players it brings in. Every partnership is reviewed by hand.

The principle

Each side introduces the other to its community. Players who arrive through your promo stay tied to your server.

What it looks like

The Partners section is pinned at the top of the public directory, ahead of the regular list. It is the first thing a player looking for a server sees.

How it works

From request to cross-posting, in three steps.

  1. 1

    You send your request

From your server dashboard: your pitch, and the channel where EnderBot's promo will be posted.

  2. 2

    The team reviews it

We look at the server, the proposed message and the channel. A refusal always comes with a reason.

  3. 3

    Cross-posting

The bonuses switch on and both promos go out the same day.

Who can become a partner

Two questions settle almost every request: can anyone walk in freely, and do you bring an audience that doesn't already know EnderBot? new

Test 1 — the door

Open

a player joins and takes part right away

Filtered

manual approval, locked channels, waiting room

Test 2 — what you bring

An audience that doesn't know EnderBot

an org server qualifies if EnderBot isn't its main focus

Already 100 % EnderBot players

a server built around the bot brings nothing new

You need a green on both sides. The rest is judged case by case.

Past those two tests, the baseline criteria remain — plus a list of content that disqualifies outright.

The baseline criteria
  • A living community, with a clear purpose and a promo that describes it honestly.
  • Active moderation that reasonably protects its members.
  • A publicly listed server, a valid channel, and respect for Discord's rules.
What disqualifies outright
  • Sexual or NSFW content
  • Hate, extremism, discrimination
  • Harassment, threats, doxxing
  • Scams, phishing, malware
  • Illegal activity, real-world violence
  • Spam, mass advertising, misleading promos

Review and follow-up

  • By sending your request, you confirm that your server meets the criteria above.
  • The team reviews the server, the proposed message and the chosen channel. A refusal comes with a reason.
  • A partnership can be suspended or restricted if the server or its promo stops meeting these rules.

Does your server tick every box?

Requests are sent from your server dashboard, Partnership tab.
