Guild Partnerships

Overview

A partnership lets a Discord server officially collaborate with EnderBot and receive visibility and bonuses reserved for partner servers.

An administrator activates the partnership after reviewing the request and its promotion channel.

Benefits

• Your server appears in the Partners section above other servers on /servers.
• Your server's Structure receives +50% productivity for the duration of the partnership.
• Players who arrive through your partnership are attributed to your server in the referral system.

Reciprocal promotion

The partnership promotes both communities.

How it works

1. The server owner submits a request with a description and promotion channel.
2. An administrator reviews and accepts or rejects the request.
3. After approval, the bonuses are active and both promotions are published.

Eligibility

Partnerships are for active, genuine communities that can offer a safe and useful place for EnderBot players.

• The server has a clear purpose, an active community, and a promotion that accurately describes it.
• The server has active moderation and takes reasonable steps to protect members from abuse and unsafe content.
• The requested promotion is readable, truthful, and appropriate for a general gaming audience.
• The server is publicly listed, the selected promotion channel is valid, and the server follows Discord's rules.

Prohibited content

A partnership will not be approved for a server that promotes or hosts any of the following:

• Pornographic, sexual, or otherwise explicit NSFW communities, including sexual content involving minors.
• Hate speech, extremist propaganda, targeted discrimination, or communities built around violent ideology.
• Harassment, threats, doxxing, humiliation, non-consensual content, or encouragement of self-harm.
• Scams, phishing, malware, hacking services, account theft, deceptive giveaways, or other abusive schemes.
• Illegal activities, real-world violence, trafficking, or instructions intended to facilitate serious wrongdoing.
• Spam, mass advertising, misleading promotions, empty servers, or communities with no meaningful purpose.

Review and enforcement

1. The server owner submits the request and confirms that the server meets the eligibility rules.
2. EnderBot staff review the server, the proposed message, and the selected promotion channel. A request may be rejected with a reason.
3. A partnership may be refused, ended, or restricted if the server or its promotion no longer meets these rules.
