Withdraw from a contract
Declare your withdrawal for a payment made less than fourteen days ago.
What happens next
Your declaration is recorded at the date and time our server receives it. An acknowledgement is sent to you by email at the address you give. We then review your request and reply by email. No refund is made automatically.
Some services, such as digital content supplied before the end of the period with your express agreement, may exclude the right of withdrawal (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). Your declaration is recorded in every case, and each request is reviewed case by case.
