What you can buy, affinity tier by affinity tier
Seven rungs. Tiers run from 1 to 8 and everyone starts at the first, so 19 of the 35 offers are there on day one. The last six rungs hold the other sixteen.
Three consumables and one tool always on the shelf, then three rotating pools: the stall shows 2 of the 7 seeds, 3 of the 5 consumables and 2 of the 3 potions each day. Tiers 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 widen the rotation. The number after the price is the purchase cap per day, and it rises with affinity too.
One consumable and one tool always on the shelf, and nothing that rotates.
One tool always on the shelf, then one rotating pool: the stall shows all 2 consumables each day. The pool is smaller than its number of slots: everything in it shows every day. The royal fertilizer is the first one that really changes a plot.

One tool always on the shelf, then one rotating pool: the stall shows 2 of the 3 potions each day. Four times the price of the same pool at tier 1. Its cap stops earlier: 31 against 45 per day.

The prismatic crystal is the only item in the game that pushes the sublime chance past 100 % and triggers the surplus cascade. It sits here, behind six tiers of reputation, one a day. That is the farm's real ceiling, and a shop is what holds it.
One tool always on the shelf, and nothing that rotates.
How these eight tiers are climbed
Affinity is earned by trading, but the two directions are not worth the same.
The same endercoin earns 2,5 times more reputation spent than taken in. A shop is unlocked by buying from it.

The daily buyback is the only shop cap counted in endercoins rather than in items: it decides how much a harvest can bring in over a day.
The four counters
Every merchant buys back its own categories, and no two lists ever overlap: what Selene turns down, someone else takes, and no item has two buyers.
An item that falls into none of the nine bought-back categories has no buyer in the game. That is the case for every raw resource, and it is not a blacklist: their buyback price falls to zero on its own.
🧭A crossing only a derived page makes: two permanent counters out of three are held by a merchant who lives elsewhere. Thalor the Gatekeeper and Myrrha the Enchantress both live in the Tower, yet hold two counters elsewhere: the Village and the Capital. A single counter is held by a merchant who lives on site: Selene. The wiki does not have to settle which is right: it shows both fields side by side, which no hand-written page would have noticed.
