Overview

Every Discord server can enable its Structure โ€” the guild's collective economic engine. Once enabled, the Structure becomes a tradeable company: players buy shares, earn weekly dividends, and govern it together as shareholders.

A share is always worth exactly 100 endercoins โ€” there is no fluctuating market price. The endercoins paid in are held in the Structure's Treasury, which backs every share's redemption value. The more shares you hold, the larger your slice of the dividends and the more voting power you wield.

Each Structure has a unique ticker (shown as $ENDER) and a productivity score driven by how active its members are. Shareholders vote in a General Assembly to acquire upgrades, while active players gain leverage over inactive ones through Activity Score, protected shares, and hostile takeovers.

Shares & Treasury

Shares represent ownership in a Structure. Each one is fixed at 100 endercoins, redeemable, and never changes price.

  • Share price is a constant 100 endercoins โ€” always, with no market drift.
  • The Treasury holds the endercoins paid into the Structure and backs share redemption. It grows from primary-market buys and only shrinks from upgrade construction and auto-buybacks.
  • Total Shares is the sum of every shareholder's holdings plus any newly-issued shares awaiting a buyer. It grows when an upgrade is voted in (new shares are emitted to fund it) and shrinks when auto-buyback burns a share.
  • There are two markets: the primary market (brand-new shares issued by the Structure, paying 100 EC into the Treasury) and the secondary market (shares listed for resale by their owners at 100 EC).
  • Buyer Priority Rule: if any shares are listed on the secondary market, buyers take those first before the Structure issues new ones โ€” unless the Treasury is negative, in which case only the primary market is open to force capital repair.

Buying & Selling

Buy and sell shares directly from Discord or the web marketplace.

Buying Shares

  • /ebstructure buy purchases one share for 100 endercoins.
  • You buy from the secondary market first if anyone has shares listed; otherwise a new share is issued and 100 EC flows into the Treasury.
  • There is a 1-hour cooldown between purchases per Structure.

Selling Shares

/ebstructure sell [amount] lists your shares on the secondary market at 100 endercoins each. They sell to the next buyer; the price is fixed and non-negotiable.

Auto-Buyback

If a listed share sits unsold for at least 24 hours, the Structure may auto-buy it as last-resort exit liquidity โ€” up to 1% of total shares per day, paying 100 EC from the Treasury and burning the share. This is the only mechanism that can push the Treasury negative.

Productivity & Dividends

Dividends are your weekly yield as a shareholder, paid pro-rata across every share in the Structure.

  • Productivity is a single number per Structure: the sum of members' (time-decayed) Activity Scores multiplied by the Structure's Dividend-upgrade bonus. More active communities are more productive.
  • Once a week each Structure mints its own Dividend Pool, kept separate from the Treasury โ€” every 1,000 points of productivity mints 1 endercoin. The Treasury is never drained to pay dividends.
  • Your payout is your share of the pool: (your shares รท total shares) ร— pool.
  • Dividend minting is suspended for 72 hours after a Structure is enabled or re-enabled, which prevents pump-and-disable abuse.
Dividends are paid out automatically by your /daily โ€” there is no separate claim command.

Activity & Hostile Takeover

Activity Score is what gives active players real leverage. It is an exponentially-decayed sum of the weighted actions you perform โ€” daily, hourly, summons, mana spent, treasure, and witnessing โ€” with a 7-day half-life.

Your actions credit the Structure you have set as your Primary, no matter which server you were in when you acted. Switching your Primary Structure resets your Activity Score there to 0.

Protected Shares

Activity Score shields some of your shares from hostile takeover. You protect one share per 1,000 Activity Score, capped at your total holdings and at most 50% of the Structure's total shares โ€” so a takeover is always at least partly possible.

Hostile Takeover

/ebstructure ht <player> lets you seize one unprotected share from another shareholder for 100 endercoins, paid directly to them.

  • Your Activity Score must be strictly higher than the target's.
  • Your Primary Structure must be the one you are raiding.
  • Only one unprotected share is taken per use, and there is a 4-hour global cooldown per raider.

General Assembly

Shareholders govern the Structure together as the General Assembly, deciding which upgrades to acquire through votes.

Any shareholder can open a vote with /ebstructure vote propose. View the current vote with /ebstructure vote view, support choices with /ebstructure vote approve, and pull your support with /ebstructure vote withdraw.

  • Votes use approval voting: you may approve multiple choices at once, and 1 share = 1 vote. Voting power is read from the live cap table when the vote is tallied, so buying or selling shares mid-vote changes your weight.
  • Every vote runs a single 48-hour period and resolves by plurality โ€” the choice with the most votes wins, ties broken by the earliest first approval. A 7-day cooldown follows each resolved vote.
  • Acquisition Votes choose one next-tier upgrade to acquire, or Status Quo (acquire nothing this round).
  • Removal Votes are forced when the Treasury stays negative for 72 hours: the Assembly picks which active upgrade to remove to recover, defaulting to the highest-cost one if no plurality forms.

Upgrades

Upgrades are capabilities the Assembly acquires for the Structure. There are three types, each with ten levels and a rising cost ladder โ€” from 6,000 EC at level 1 up to 135,000 EC at level 10. Buying out all three branches costs roughly 1,500,000 EC.

Upgrades fund themselves through dilution: when a vote passes, the Structure immediately emits cost รท 100 new shares. The upgrade enters Pending Construction and only goes active once the Treasury can pay for it โ€” so unhealthy Structures simply stall instead of going bankrupt.

  • Dividend upgrades add a flat +5% to the productivity multiplier per level (up to +50%), raising everyone's dividends.
  • Summon upgrades give shareholders a chance, on each /summon or /hourly, to trigger free summons โ€” one per upgrade level when it procs.
  • Mana upgrades give shareholders a chance, on each /summon or /hourly, to gain bonus mana โ€” 12.5% of the hourly mana roll per upgrade level when it procs.

The Summon and Mana perks are share-ownership procs: each share you hold is an independent 1% chance to trigger, so more shares means better odds. A perk fires at most once per 24 hours per Structure and type, and only one of your Structures can proc on a single command.

Tickers

Every Structure has a ticker โ€” a globally-unique 3-to-5 letter symbol shown as $ENDER.

  • The ticker is generated from the Discord server's name when the Structure is first enabled, then decoupled from it for good โ€” renaming the Discord server never changes the ticker.
  • The server owner can rename the ticker from the web dashboard, subject to a 72-hour cooldown plus uniqueness and profanity checks.
  • If a Structure is dissolved, its ticker is reserved for 30 days before another server can claim it (the original server can reclaim its own immediately).

Web Interface

The full Structure marketplace lives on the website. Browse every Structure, inspect a single Structure's Treasury, shareholders, upgrade tree and history, manage your portfolio, and โ€” as a server owner โ€” rename your ticker, all from the web.
